Oroonoko

Behn seems to be telling a complete non-fiction story of what happened to Ornooko but within the story it seems like many of the parts are not completely true. She talks as if she had seen all of the events she spoke of and that it is all true. I think she wanted everyone to believe that it is true, maybe it didnt happen to him specifically but it seems she is trying to make a point. She wants to show the cruelities that have been made against the Africans. Behn takes things that may have not happened to Oronooko but to other but applies it to him to show us the injustices.
